My name is Corey Arnold. As founder of Georgia Insulation, I would like to share a little bit about us and how we began this journey.
In 2008, my wife was pregnant with our first daughter. Trying to be a good husband, I wanted to make our home as comfortable as possible. No…I wasn’t “nesting”. More accurately, I was checking off my honey-do-list. This included new insulation for our home’s attic. I made a few calls, got a few quotes, and did a little research. In my youthful vigor, I decided to do the job myself. And so, my pregnant wife and I rented an insulation blower, bought bags of cellulose insulation and proceeded to make a huge mess. My wife wasn’t amused. I, on the other hand, was having a great time. I wanted to do more. Thankfully we decided that opening a new business and having a newborn baby didn’t make sense at the same time. Georgia Insulation would have to wait…but only for awhile.
Since 2001, I have been working with my family business, Peachtree Pest Control. In 2012, I was fortunate enough to purchase the company from my father. We did wildlife control as a part of our service offerings. With animals living in attics, it was clear that there was a need to help homeowners address their soiled insulation. I looked diligently for a quality contractor to help our customers. I was surprised to realize that there were many companies out there but they all wanted to do new construction. No one wanted to help our customers. That’s when I remembered my wife and I doing the attic insulation many years ago, and how much fun it had been. I knew what I had to do. It was time to start Georgia Insulation!

We started small, one truck and a little equipment. It was hard work but also a lot of fun. Soon we began adding satisfied customers, team members, and equipment. It didn’t take long; Georgia Insulation had become a successful and thriving business.
You see, I’ve always believed in the American Dream. The concept that a person can become successful if they work hard, make sacrifices, and dedicate themselves with sincerity and tenacity to a goal of serving others. I believe this even today. It is this drive and willingness to honor my customers that has allowed me to successfully own and operate multiple businesses. I consider myself blessed.
Thank you for listening to our story and more importantly, thank you for your trust. We are proud to be your insulation provider of choice. I personally guarantee our work and look forward to many more years serving my customer’s needs.
I remain, Comfortably Southern.
